Project Helping is a dedicated nonprofit organization committed to making volunteerism ridiculously easy. We are seeking a dynamic, relationship-driven, results-oriented Corporate Engagement Specialist to coordinate corporate partnerships and serve as a key member of our corporate engagement team.

Position Summary:

The Corporate Engagement Specialist is responsible for coordinating, maintaining, and growing Project Helping’s corporate partnerships. This role involves cultivating strong relationships with corporate partners, executing successful corporate engagement programs and maintaining up-to-date records in Notion. The ideal candidate is a team player with a proven track record in relationship building and program management. This position is full-time, salaried, exempt and eligible for all of Project Helping’s benefits. This position reports to the Vice President of Development and has no direct reports.

Roles/Responsibilities:

  • Event Management: Serve as the primary lead for all corporate events, from conception to completion. Manage logistics, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure seamless event execution.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients through regular communication and exceptional customer service. Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Event Coordination: Lead in-person and virtual corporate gatherings, managing all aspects of event planning that is requested from client. Some travel may be required.
  • Administrative Duties: Handle daily office tasks such as email correspondence, data entry, and report generation.
  • Data Analysis: Generate and analyze reports on program performance and provide insights to management.
  • Team Collaboration: Serve as a valuable resource to the Corporate Engagement Manager, Vice President of Development and CEO.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience in nonprofits, corporate partnerships or related field
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Notion, Slack, Front, Shopify and Apple/Mac-based software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation and Benefits:

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $55,000 - $57,000. Project Helping offers a comprehensive benefits package including:
