Description

Key Responsibilities

Assist with accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and journal entries

Support the preparation of financial reports and client deliverables

Help maintain and update accounting records in QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, and/or other platforms

Conduct research and assist with process documentation, SOPs, and internal audits

Participate in the development and refinement of accounting workflows

Attend client/project meetings and assist with follow-up tasks as assigned

Support administrative and special projects as needed
