Description

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
  • Perform general accounting duties, including but not limited to bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to complete month-end and year-end closing procedures accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Utilize accounting software systems (such as QuickBooks, Unanet, Xero, etc.) proficiently to process financial transactions and maintain financial records.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders regarding financial matters, demonstrating strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting principles, and ethical standards.
  • Stay updated on industry developments, accounting regulations, and best practices, actively engaging in professional development opportunities.
