ProfitLinq is one of the few women-owned outsourced CFO, Controller and Accounting companies in the crypto/blockchain industry, and we're looking for our next team member.

We’re unique– and so are the people who work with us.

We have a staff accountant position open for the right candidates who is looking for part-time remote work and who is committed to our core values and providing excellent client service. This position will start at 25 hours per week and can turn into a full-time position for the right candidate.

If you have worked in crypto accounting, auditing or tax we want to talk with you.

Here’s a little more about who we’re looking for:

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced ever-changing environment and who is great with both clients and our staff. If you get excited by learning new things, want to work with a dynamic, supportive team, have exposure to many different companies and have opportunities to grow professionally, this might be the right opportunity for you.

We’re growing fast and that means you will need to handle multiple accounts and juggle many priorities at a time, meeting closing deadlines and being accountable to the management team.

You must thrive in a team environment, be able to think for yourself, yet contribute back and build upon the ideas of our talented team.

You also like change– often quick changes– in strategy, approaches, and schedules, and be able to turn on a dime yet make the right decisions.

You can handle curve balls and not get derailed. The crypto industry is constantly evolving. That means new products, new regulations, new clients– every single day. You need to be able quickly identify issues, come up with solutions, or be able to handle the changes that are given to you.

You know that everyone comes to the table with a unique talent and ability and you respect that.

You are ambitious yet humble, in a spunky sort of way. You are always looking for ways to improve your work, to make it faster, more accurate and more timely. You are eager to share your learnings with the team.

You have no problem rolling up your sleeves and helping out where needed. That means pitching it to sort out files, helping another colleague or solving for world peace, depending on the day.
