We're looking for Accounting Managers with a passion for crypto and who will manage our clients' accounting operations. In this role you will be working directly with our CFOs, Controllers and clients' teams to execute the accounting strategy, close the books timely and produce accurate financials. As Accounting Manager, every day will provide a new challenge with your portfolio of clients, whether that is setting up our clients' books from scratch, designing processes and controls, or implementing crypto ledger systems. You will also be responsible for overseeing our Accountants' work and driving our client's internal teams to close the books timely and accurately according to our standard operating procedures.

If you have worked in crypto accounting, tax or audit, we would like to speak with you. This is a part-time, remote role requiring 25-30 hours a week, and which could turn into a full-time role for the right candidate.

Here’s a little more about who we’re looking for:

If you get excited by learning new things, and want to work with a dynamic, supportive team, and have exposure to many different companies AND have opportunities to grow professionally, this might be the right opportunity.

We’re growing fast and that means you will need to handle multiple accounts and juggle many priorities at a time, meeting closing deadlines and being accountable to the management team.

You must thrive in a team environment, be able to think for yourself, yet contribute back and build upon the ideas of our talented team.

You also like change– often quick changes– in strategy, approaches, and schedules, and be able to turn on a dime yet make the right decisions.

You can handle curve balls and not get derailed. The crypto industry is constantly evolving. That means new products, new regulations, new clients– every single day. You need to be able quickly identify issues, come up with solutions, or be able to handle the changes that are given to you.

You have a tremendous thirst for knowledge. You love learning from your fellow teammates, you read books, and sign up for random webinars on things that interest you (whether professionally or personally.) You know that everyone comes to the table with a unique talent and ability and you respect that.

You are ambitious yet humble, in a spunky sort of way. You are always looking for ways to improve your work, to make it faster, more accurate and more timely. You are eager to share your learnings with the team.

You have no problem rolling up your sleeves and helping out where needed. That means pitching it to sort out files, helping another colleague OR solving for world peace, depending on the day.

You eat messy books for breakfast. You get excited when get a bunch of client spreadsheets and are tasked with unwinding them into understandable, usable financials that will make our clients sing your praises.

You want to work side-by-side some of the most talented team in the space and exemplify our company core values– every single day. You also know that we’re committed to diversity and inclusion and are actively seeking diverse candidates to bring onboard.
