Front Desk Specialist
Welcoming patients and visitors, answering the telephone and inquiries
Scheduling and continuously re-adjusting of appointments on a daily bases. ensuring a continuous flow of patients.
Must have extensive knowledge of insurance verification process, authorizations and referrals. (Navinet, Availity, Pear, etc.)
Calling patient to remind them of appointment.
Checking patients in for appointments
Must have at least 5 years experience
Assisting patients with completing necessary forms and documentation, as well as ensuring that all information acquired is accurate and current
Reception area hospitality, organization and maintenance
Light "paperwork" as needed for patient charts Faxing, scanning, filing, all computerized.
Customer service reperesnative experience at Medical front desk, smiling, welcoming personable.
Maintaining information confidentiality at all times

Salary: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 34 per week
Everyone wears face masks during active patient hours, patients and staff are provided with face masks.
