The Full-Time Front Desk Receptionist is the friendly first point of contact for our clients and is responsible for scheduling appointments, taking payments, printing out paperwork, answering inbound/outbound calls, replying to client email inquiries, and other administrative duties.

We are a team of about 50 dedicated professionals, helping to rehabilitate clients who are referred by various courts and government agencies in Arizona and California.


Who Are Our Clients?

Our clients are individuals who are going through rehabilitative programs, mostly misdemeanors, and individuals making the transition back into society.


What You’ll Do:

No two days will ever be the same, but a typical day will most likely include a baseline of the following:


  • Be the friendly first point of contact for clients, getting their questions answered and issues quickly resolved.
  • Answer a high volume of inbound telephone calls, through a routed system.
  • Handle sensitive material in a confidential manner, always protecting the confidentiality of clients as defined by HIPAA.
  • Demonstrate respect and regard for the dignity of all visitors / clients and fellow employees to ensure a professional, responsible, and courteous environment.
  • Ensure that clients are compliant with court requirements and the proper notations are in their file.
  • Schedule appointments for clients with thorough and accurate data.
  • Help clients understand various options and complementary programs available to them through Prodigy.
  • Help support Prodigy’s mission to, “Improve public safety by employing evidence-based practices and life changing experiences through supervision and cognitive behavioral education and treatment.
  • Represent the organization, in a positive manner, in its relationships with other agencies, organizations, and groups in the community.
  • Contribute ideas and feedback to help make the client experience better.
  • Foster positive working relationships and work effectively as part of the team.

If you have experience in a medical call-center, counseling agency, or in the field of criminal justice then that will be very helpful in being successful in this role. Additionally, having considerable knowledge of the laws, rules and regulations governing the criminal justice system, counseling principles and techniques as they apply to treatment of offenders, or of other community service agencies utilized in providing services to offenders will further increase your likelihood of being successful within this role.
