About ProDex Labs Inc

ProDex Labs builds Dexter, an AI industrial engineer for factory operations. Dexter connects enterprise systems, spreadsheets, and operational knowledge into a live factory model that manufacturers use to simulate production, optimize schedules, identify bottlenecks, and reduce quality costs. Our customers include L3Harris, HighCom Armor Solutions, TIME Manufacturing, and Alimentos ProSalud. We are a small team in Manhattan building software for demanding industrial environments, with deployment inside customers’ security boundaries.

Description

About the Role

You will own the technical infrastructure behind account research, prospect enrichment, outbound campaigns, lead routing, and funnel measurement. The work requires understanding our customers well enough to identify meaningful buying signals and build outreach around specific operational problems.

Working directly with the founders and commercial team, you will test new ways to generate qualified pipeline, measure what drives customer conversations, and improve the path from first contact to a sales opportunity. You will have broad ownership of both the systems you build and the commercial results they produce.

In this role, you will

  • Build account and contact research workflows that identify manufacturers with a strong fit for Dexter, including their production footprint, operational complexity, and relevant buyers.
  • Develop integrations and automations across our CRM, enrichment tools, outbound platforms, website, and analytics systems.
  • Use AI and structured data to support research, segmentation, and personalized outreach, with checks for accuracy and relevance.
  • Design and run growth experiments across outbound, inbound, events, and partner channels, testing audiences, messages, offers, and conversion paths.
  • Own lead routing, deduplication, campaign attribution, and reporting so the commercial team can act on reliable data.
  • Measure performance through qualified meetings, sales opportunities, and pipeline contribution; use findings to improve targeting and prioritize further experiments.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of experience in growth engineering, revenue operations, software engineering, or a similarly technical commercial role.
  • Experience building and maintaining workflows across CRM, enrichment, marketing, or sales systems.
  • Strong commercial judgment about account fit, buyer relevance, messaging, and what makes a sales opportunity qualified.
  • Experience designing experiments, interpreting results, and connecting your work to measurable business outcomes.
  • Clear writing, attention to data quality, and the independence to take a loosely defined problem through implementation and iteration.

We encourage candidates with strong relevant experience to apply, including those whose backgrounds do not align with every qualification.
