PrismaCorp Foundation is looking for a Community Manager
As a Community Manager at PrismaCorp Foundation, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing our community of supporters, volunteers, and stakeholders. You will develop strategies to increase community engagement, drive participation in events and initiatives, and ensure a positive and inclusive environment for all members. Your role will be instrumental in building strong relationships and promoting our organization's mission across various platforms.
- Develop and implement community engagement strategies to increase participation and involvement.
- Manage and moderate online forums, social media groups, and other digital platforms to ensure a safe and respectful environment for all members.
- Create and curate engaging content, including articles, newsletters, and social media posts, to share updates, success stories, and relevant information with the community.
- Organize and facilitate community events, both online and offline, to encourage networking, knowledge sharing, and collaboration.
- Respond to member inquiries, feedback, and concerns promptly and professionally, fostering a strong relationship between the organization and the community.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align community initiatives with organizational goals and objectives.
- Monitor and analyze community metrics and feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance community growth and engagement.
- Proven experience in community management, social media management, or related roles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities, with the capability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Passion for community building and a genuine interest in social impact initiatives.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms, content management systems, and community management tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
