About Us:

2 Friends Printing is a fast-growing commercial print shop in Lenexa, KS. We specialize in high-quality digital and large-format printing for business clients. Our team is small, efficient, and focused on delivering great work—on time, every time. We’re looking for a Digital Print Operator who is dependable, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced production environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Operate and monitor Ricoh digital presses and other print equipment
• Prepare and prioritize daily print jobs based on deadlines
• Perform regular quality checks and follow job specs precisely
• Troubleshoot and fix common print or machine issues
• Keep your equipment and workspace clean and organized
• Assist with bindery equipment like cutters, folders, and booklet makers (training provided)
• Follow established production processes and help improve them

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• 1 year of experience in a print or production environment preferred
• Willing to learn new equipment and software
• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs
• Available for occasional overtime or weekend work as needed
