We provide individual, couples, family, and specialty mental health services while creating a work environment that gives clinicians the support of a group practice without sacrificing flexibility or professional autonomy. We offer flexible scheduling, administrative and billing support, insurance credentialing assistance, marketing and referral support, and free clinical supervision for eligible temporarily licensed clinicians. What You Bring

We are looking for someone who:

Is licensed to provide behavioral health services in Iowa

Is independently licensed or temporarily licensed and eligible to practice under supervision

Provides outpatient mental health counseling within their areas of competence

Is ethical, dependable, professional, and responsive

Values quality client care and appropriate continuity of services

Can work independently

Completes documentation and other professional responsibilities in a timely manner

Is interested in developing and maintaining an outpatient caseload

Is committed to affirming, culturally responsive, and evidence-based care

Can successfully complete a required background check as a condition of employment
