Salary Range: $250 per event

Job Overview:

Princeton Alliance Church is seeking individuals with AV experience to join our Tech Provider Pool for special events. As a Tech Provider, you will have the opportunity to contribute your skills and expertise to enhance our events and services.

Responsibilities:

• Lighting: Design, program, and operate stage and room lighting to create an engaging and distraction-free atmosphere to support worship and enhance the overall event experience.
• FOH (Front-of-House) Audio: Mix and manage live sound for the congregation and the livestream, ensuring clarity, balance, and appropriate volume levels across spoken word, music, and media playback.
• Photography/Videography: Capture high-quality photos and videos during events.
• Miscellaneous: Collaborate with the tech team to ensure smooth execution of events; maintain and troubleshoot equipment as needed.

Requirements:

• Prior experience with lighting/sound/video equipment and associated software.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
