Through our online stores, including Kolikof Caviar & Gourmet, we ship premium caviar, seafood, wagyu beef, and specialty foods to customers and restaurants across the country. We take pride in quality, freshness, and careful handling, and our small, hands-on team keeps every order moving from our warehouse to the customer's door.
The Role
As a Warehouse Manager at Prime Fish LLC, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our warehouse operations. You will lead a team to ensure that inventory is received, stored, and shipped efficiently and accurately. Your leadership will be key in optimizing processes and maintaining food safety and cold-chain standards within the warehouse.
What You'll Do
- Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficient workflow and productivity.
- Manage inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and timely replenishment.
- Lead and train warehouse staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Implement and maintain safety and food handling protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Coordinate with purchasing, customer service, and shipping to align warehouse operations with overall business objectives.
- Use inventory and shipping systems (SOS Inventory, ShipStation) to track stock and optimize storage.
- Analyze operational performance and develop strategies for continuous improvement.

- Familiarity with inventory management systems and warehouse operations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Nice to Have
- Experience in the seafood industry or perishable goods management.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English.
