What You’ll Do (The Role):

• Own Your Territory: Drive new business in and around Albany through dedicated B2B local prospecting, networking, and cold outreach.
• Consultative Selling: Design tailored intrusion, video surveillance, and automation solutions for residential and commercial spaces.
• Leverage Inbound Assets: Maximize value from company-provided leads while aggressively building your own pipeline via local business networks (BNI, Chamber of Commerce, etc.).
• Manage the Pipeline: Utilize our CRM tools to track prospects, provide accurate monthly recurring revenue (RMR) forecasts, and execute seamless contract agreements.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven Hunters: 1–3+ years of successful outside sales experience (security, telecom, SaaS, uniform sales, or industrial equipment sales are highly preferred, but not required).
• Relationship Builders: Active networks or deep familiarity with the Albany/South Georgia regional market.
• Discipline: A self-starter who treats their territory like their own business and is driven by hitting metrics.
• Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent; valid Driver's License with a clean driving record (required).
