We are looking for a dependable team player who would like to learn and train in the Alarm Industry. This candidate would need to be trainable and quick learning in the low voltage field of Security Alarms, Door Access, Fire Systems, etc.

Description:

Preventia is a locally owned and operated alarm and low voltage company offering excellent service in the industry. We install and service residential and commercial alarms, camera systems, life safety (fire) systems, automation, low voltage and audio video solutions. We are currently looking for an Alarm Technician to join our growing team and serve our current and future customers.

The ideal candidate will have the following qualities;

• Security Alarm, CCTV, Door Access & Fire Experience preferred, but will train

As a technician, you will be responsible for;

• Providing on site maintenance for residential and commercial burglar systems
• Hardwired/Wireless alarm, CCTV, Fire System and Access Control installation & service
• Working independently with minimal supervision
• Communicate with existing customers to find new opportunities or needs
• Demonstrate Preventia products and services to customers
• Keep accurate records for inventory and time
• Troubleshoot technical problems
• Good driving record, valid driver’s license
