The Clinical Educator plays a key role in advancing the mission of Prevail Health by educating healthcare providers and community partners about the disease of lymphedema and the value of treatment. This role involves training, relationship-building, and identifying opportunities to drive referrals for services. The Clinical Educator will serve as a trusted resource in the field and help ensure high-quality patient outcomes through education and collaboration.
· Educate healthcare professionals, patients, and referral sources on lymphedema, compression therapy, and related services.
· Ensure compliance with all federal regulations and Company policies and procedures.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date knowledge of compression equipment, lymphedema diagnosis, and the Lymphedema Treatment Act (LTA).
· Actively manage and support referral accounts to maintain strong relationships and encourage ongoing patient referrals.
· Meet or exceed minimum referral requirements for your specified region.
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, market research, and existing connections.
· Log all activities and interactions consistently in the Company’s CRM, in accordance with SOPs.
· Submit accurate and timely expense reports.
· Monitor field-based competitive intelligence and communicate relevant updates to Leadership.
· Demonstrate strong collaboration and communication with the internal operations and support teams.
· Bachelor's degree or higher in Nursing, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy
· Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
· Strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams).
· Comfortable using mobile devices, video conferencing tools, and electronic documentation systems.
· Minimum of 2 years of experience in a client-facing, referral-based, or clinical liaison role.
· Proven ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
· Ability to travel regionally to clinics, provider offices, and community events.
· Must maintain a valid driver’s license.
· Strong presentation, public speaking, and interpersonal skills. or higher in
