Position Summary

The Sales Associate drives our selling efforts and customer relationships by excelling in customer service and selling techniques.

Responsibilities

•    Acknowledge all customers and ensure full floor coverage

•    Handle cashier responsibilities such as totaling bills, receiving payment, giving receipts, and bagging items

•    Build strong product knowledge

•    Lead by example through service excellence

•    Embrace service training and product programs

•    Consistently share customer feedback and product insight with management

•    Build a repeat customer base

•    Support the product flow process

•    Ensure visual standards are followed, daily restock is completed, and size runs are represented per visual directions

•    Assist with processing markdowns

•    Assist with receiving and transferring merchandise for the assigned store

•    Assist with other store functions as needed

Requirements

•    Desire to work with customers in a retail setting (passion for customers)

•    Above average fashion and sneaker/style trend knowledge (passion for the product)

•    Team-oriented and collaborative

•    Customer service experience preferred

•    Open availability and flexibility to meet customer demand and the needs of the business

Physical Requirements

Ability to twist, bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, lift up to 50 pounds, and stand for extended periods of time.

Pay: $15.00 per hour
