Landscape Crew Member (Small or Large Project Crews)

Premium Design LLC – Hudsonville, MI

Pay: $19–$25/hr (based on skills and experience)

Premium Design LLC is looking for dependable and hardworking Landscape Crew Members to join our growing team. This hands-on outdoor position will support small landscape projects or large landscape/hardscape installations and is dependent on experience. Crew members assist the foreman and team to ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to our high-quality standards. If you enjoy working outdoors, being part of a team, and creating beautiful landscapes for residential and commercial properties, we’d love to hear from you.

 

Responsibilities

• Assist with landscape and hardscape installations including patios, retaining walls, plantings, and site preparation
• Operate landscaping equipment and power tools safely
• Move and prepare materials such as stone, soil, mulch, plants, and pavers
• Follow foreman instructions and project plans
• Maintain tools, equipment, and job site safety standards
• Assist with site preparation, grading, and cleanup
• Work efficiently as part of a team to complete projects on schedule
• Support foreman and other crew members as needed

 

Qualifications

• Previous landscaping or hardscaping experience preferred
• Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical outdoor work
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Reliable, punctual, and motivated to work
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain attention to detail
