Premium Design LLC is a family owned company and is looking for the right candidate to fill Mowing and Landscape Crew Member positions. We are looking for a candidate who has the right attitude to join our growing team and has the desire to perform quality work in an efficient manner while working in a fast-paced team environment.

The ideal candidate is reliable, takes pride in their work, and enjoys working outdoors. Need to have a positive attitude and thrive in a team environment where they are rewarded for performance and empowered to succeed. Strong problem-solving skills and a desire to work with a team to accomplish goals are required. Ability to bend, squat, and lift for long periods of time. Able to work outdoors in a wide variety of conditions for an extended period of time.

Mowing and Landscape crew member responsibilities include: Mowing, trimming, edge, blow off pavement surfaces, landscape management, landscape install/construction and other various tasks.

Compensation is based upon skills, abilities, and experience. Opportunity for monthly bonuses based on performance.
