Office Operations
- Oversee daily operations of a busy multi-provider medical practice.
- Ensure efficient patient flow and clinic productivity.
- Develop and enforce office policies and procedures.

Staff Management
- Supervise front desk, medical assistants, referral coordinators, and administrative staff.

Revenue Cycle & Billing Oversight

Insurance & Authorizations
- Oversee prior authorization and referral processes.

- Coordinate with insurance companies regarding denied claims and appeals.
Scheduling & Practice Growth
- Manage provider templates and appointment scheduling.
- Optimize clinic schedules to maximize productivity.
- Monitor no-show rates and implement improvement strategies.
- Assist with patient retention and service excellence initiatives.
Compliance & Quality Assurance
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, Medicare, and payer regulations.
- Maintain staff training and competency records.
- Prepare for audits, accreditation reviews, and inspections.
- Monitor quality metrics and patient satisfaction.
Financial Management
- Assist with budgeting and expense management.
- Analyze office performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Prepare administrative reports for physicians and leadership.
- Monitor profitability and operational efficiencies.

- 3+ years of medical office management experience preferred.
