Premier Facility Management is seeking a Rockstar Sweeping Truck Operator! We are looking for someone with prior Sweeping Truck Operator experience and a demonstrated attention to detail to carry out late-night / overnight cleaning on a multi-site route starting from Lynnwood WA. This position primarily involves, driving to multiple locations on a route, preforming sweeping operations, Including getting out of the truck and power blowing of corners and tight spots nightly, ensuring lots are kept clean and orderly per written and verbal scope.

• Clean driving record required. Ability to be insured (no at-faults, speeding etc. past 3 years)
• Prior Sweeping Truck Operating or relevant experience required.
• Prior professional landscaping / cleaning experience a bonus.
• Reliable personal transportation required.

Wage: $23 -$25 per hour

Responsibilities

• Operating a Sweeping Vehicle to preform nightly cleaning on a multi site route.
• Nightly power blowing of corners, tight spots, sidewalks, entrances, trash removal as directed. Anything else as directed or required per business needs.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience Operating a Sweeping Vehicle landscaping and leaf-blowing.
• Prior experience in landscaping and leaf-blowing
• Dependable transportation.
• Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery.
• Punctual & dependable attendance.
• Able to communicate with management in a timely manner, reporting issues, etc.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must be self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. or more/less on a frequent basis.
• Ability to understand and adhere to company policies in all areas.
• Personal cell phone with internet access preferred.
• Use of work related apps for clocking in/out.
