We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our facilities as well as our production machines. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical background, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair various systems and equipment. You will play a critical role in maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.
Duties
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance on facility equipment,
including electrical systems, hydraulic systems, and mechanical
components.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections
performed in NetSuite and other computer programs.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure all facilities are operating
efficiently and safely.
• Conduct preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and extend the
lifespan of equipment.
• Assist in the installation of new equipment as needed, ensuring compliance
with safety standards.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings to identify and implement
improvements that enhance overall business operations.
Skills
• Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in facilities maintenance or a
related field.
• Proficiency in analyzing schematics and technical drawings for
troubleshooting purposes.
• Familiarity with nutraceutical contract manufacturing a bonus.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
