Precision Gymnastics has been in business for over 26 years helping to educate kids throughout the fun of Gymnastics. We offer beginner to advanced classes for ages walking to 18 years old. Below you will find the programs we offer. Job Summary

Looking for competitive a team coach for Xcel and Level 2-optional. Coaching position is part time with hours ranging from 4-9pm Monday-Friday and Saturday 9-12pm

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of competitive coaching experience
• must be able to coach all 4 events
• Good understanding on spotting

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement training programs for gymnastic team members, focusing on skill progression and safety.
• Conduct regular practice sessions, ensuring proper technique and adherence to safety protocols.
• Monitor athletes' performance and provide constructive feedback to enhance their skills.
• Foster a positive and motivating environment for all team members.
• Collaborate with parents and guardians to discuss athletes' progress and address any concerns.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and maintain a safe training environment.
