We are looking for qualified, driven and responsible individuals to join our team of coaches. The Team coach position will be filled by someone with experience in coaching and a vast knowledge of the sport.

Job Summary

Looking for competitive a team coach for Xcel and Level 2-optional. Coaching position is part time with hours ranging from 4-9pm Monday-Friday and Saturday 9-12pm


Qualifications


  • Minimum 2 years of competitive coaching experience
  • must be able to coach all 4 events
  • Good understanding on spotting

Responsibilities


  • Develop and implement training programs for gymnastic team members, focusing on skill progression and safety.
  • Conduct regular practice sessions, ensuring proper technique and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Monitor athletes' performance and provide constructive feedback to enhance their skills.
  • Foster a positive and motivating environment for all team members.
  • Collaborate with parents and guardians to discuss athletes' progress and address any concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and maintain a safe training environment.


Salary

$18 - $30 per hour
