We're not believers in the AI-will-replace-us dogma; rather, we see AI as a huge productivity booster. We're looking for a leader who can drive AI to create higher-quality marketing deliverables.

The right candidate will combine two strengths:

  1. Solid B2B marketing DNA: You're above average in creativity, you understand the fundamentals of digital marketing, you have strong writing skills and you have a relentless work ethic. Extra credit goes to candidates who have launched new products.
  2. You have a black belt in the use of AI platforms: You know how to wring the highest-quality results out of an LLM. This means your prompts are iterative, and you know an AI hallucination when you see one. If your favorite AI platform graded your prompts, it would rank you as an expert user. You're the opposite of the slacker who wants AI to make things easier; instead, it has doubled your output.


Attributes of a strong candidate:

  • You have proven B2B marketing chops focused on new product launches.
  • You're the creative genius in the neighborhood. Your thoughts and ideas make people wonder, "Where did that come from?"
  • You were an early adopter of AI platforms. Agentic, Open Claw and artificial general intelligence (AGI) are familiar terms to you.
  • You subscribe to "Hard Fork" and "Decoder."
