Description

Key Responsibilities:


  • Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lessons and activities.
  • Supervise toddlers to ensure their safety and well-being at all times.
  • Foster social, emotional, language, and motor skill development.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating classroom environment.
  • Observe and assess children's progress and developmental milestones.
  • Communicate regularly with parents regarding children's activities, behavior, and development.
  • Assist with feeding, diapering, toileting, and other daily care routines.
  • Encourage positive behavior and model appropriate social skills.
  • Follow licensing regulations, health and safety standards, and center policies.
  • Collaborate with other teachers and staff to support children's learning and development.

Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or equivalent (associate's or bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education preferred).
  • Experience working with toddlers in a childcare or preschool setting.
  • CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
  • Strong communication, patience, and classroom management skills.
