What You'll Do

• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism
• Collect accurate session data and complete clinical documentation
• Teach communication, social, daily living, play, and behavioral skills
• Collaborate with BCBAs, caregivers, and team members
• Participate in training, supervision, and ongoing professional development
• Help create a positive, supportive, and engaging environment for clients

Qualifications

Required:

• Current RBT certification in good standing with the BACB
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass background screening requirements
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred:

• Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities
• CPR/First Aid certification
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Special Education, ABA, or a related field

*Salary is based on Praxis Behavior RBT Level System and will range from $17 to $30 an hour.
