We’re looking for a dependable, hard-working person with open availability who wants to grow into a leadership role in our store.

This is a great opportunity for someone who likes staying busy, works well with people, and is ready to take on more responsibility. In this role, you’ll help with day-to-day store operations while learning what it takes to become a Lead. You’ll rotate through different areas of the business to help build the skills and experience needed for future leadership opportunities.

This position is designed to prepare team members for possible advancement. However, placement in this role does not guarantee promotion to the next available Lead opening. When a Lead position becomes available, interested candidates will still need to apply, interview, and be selected based on performance, qualifications, and business needs.

What you’ll do:

• Help customers and provide friendly service
• Stock, face, and merchandise product
• Assist with ordering
• Help keep the store clean and running smoothly
• Support the team and learn leadership responsibilities
• Step in where needed and lead by example

What we’re looking for:

• Reliable and motivated
• Good attitude and strong work ethic
• Retail or grocery experience preferred
• Leadership experience is a plus, but not required
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
