We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of our facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in housekeeping management, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting. This is a leadership role that requires excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively manage a team of housekeeping staff.
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced hands-on Housekeeping Manager with a minimum of 3 years of housekeeping management experience to oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of our facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in housekeeping management, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting. This is a leadership role that requires excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively manage a team of housekeeping staff. Duties:
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure all areas of the facility are properly maintained
- Recruit, train and supervise housekeeping staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness standards are met
- Coordinate with other departments to address any maintenance or repair needs
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels
- Oversee floor care, including carpet cleaning, waxing, and polishing
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle guest complaints or concerns related to housekeeping services

Requirements:
- Proven experience in housekeeping management, with a minimum of 3 years in a hotel or hospitality setting
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and equipment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness standards
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with staff at all levels
- Knowledge of custodial procedures and best practices
- Familiarity with hospitality industry standards and regulations
