Job Responsibilities:

• Assist licensed plumbers in various plumbing tasks, including installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems.
• Carry out general labor duties such as fetching tools, materials, and equipment as needed.
• Help set up work areas, clean up debris, and ensure job sites are organized and safe.
• Operate and maintain tools and equipment under the guidance of experienced plumbers.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Qualifications:

• No prior plumbing experience required; we're willing to train the right candidate.
• A strong willingness to learn and a genuine interest in the plumbing industry.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team environment.
• Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and perform manual labor.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.

Compensation:

• Compensation will be determined based on experience, ranging from $15 to $25 per hour.
• Opportunity for growth within the company and advancement to a plumbing apprentice role.
• A probationary period of 90 days will be in place, during which pay will be reevaluated and potential benefits may be offered.
