The Retail Success Coordinator plays a key role in bringing our retail programs to life. This role supports the planning and execution of Retail Success initiatives across retail partners and markets, helping ensure vendor days, staff educations, and in-store activations run smoothly and consistently. You’ll work closely with our Sales, Retail Success, and Marketing teams to coordinate logistics, support field execution, capture insights from the field, and help strengthen our brand presence at retail. This is a great role for someone who enjoys a mix of organization, hands-on field work, and creative collaboration.
The Retail Success Coordinator (RSC) supports the planning, coordination, and execution of Retail Success programs across retail partners and markets. This role bridges partner strategy and field execution by organizing timelines, logistics, reporting, and resources while also supporting field execution in budtender education, and retail engagement that increases product movement and strengthens brand presence.
In addition to Retail Success operations, the RSC contributes to content creation for brand social channels by capturing and producing approved retail, product, and field-facing content that supports broader marketing and social goals.
The RSC works cross-functionally with Sales, Retail Success, and Marketing teams to ensure programs are executed consistently, documented clearly, and supported with high-quality content and reporting.
