Job Summary: This position starts as part-time but could transition to full-time based on performance and company needs within the first 90- days. This position starts with a 30-day evaluation period, with opportunity for long-term placement. Details provided during the interview.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of commercial facilities and common areas.
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
• Clean and stock restrooms.
• Handle spills using appropriate cleaning methods and equipment.
• Notify management of required repairs or maintenance.
• Collect and properly dispose of trash.
• Adapt duties to meet clients’ specific cleaning needs.

Requirements:

· No prior experience required; training provided for suitable candidates.

· 1-3 years of experience is a plus.

· Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

· Strong work ethic and a positive, team-oriented attitude.

· Must be at least 18 years old.

· Background check required.

· Reliable transportation is necessary.

· Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

· Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods.

· Floor buffing and waxing experience is a PLUS.
