Must be able to work at least 15 hours a week including day, night, and weekend shifts. Must have a positive attitude and work well with a team. Must be able to follow instructions from managers and shift leaders. Must have a strong work ethic, strong social skills, and excellent customer service. Must be willing to work a flexible schedule depending on volume. 

Duties may include the following:

• Prepare restaurant tables with special attention to sanitation and order.
• Attend to customers upon entrance.
• Present restaurant menus and help customers select food/beverages, including daily specials.
• Take/serve orders and answer questions or make recommendations for other items.
• Collaborate with other restaurant servers and kitchen/bar staff.
• Deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude.
• Issue bills and accept payment.
• Promote dedication from customers.
• Stock bar and other necessary items.
• Keep the restaurant clean, including cleaning during slow periods.
• Follow opening and closing procedures. 
• Other duties as assigned.
