Must be able to work at least 15 hours a week including day, night and primarily weekend shifts. Must have a positive attitude and work well with a team. Must be able to follow instructions from managers and shift leaders. Must have a strong work ethic, strong social skills, and excellent customer service. Must be willing to work a flexible schedule depending on volume. 

Duties may include the following:  

• Assist the serving staff with busing tables.
• Washing dishes including serving and kitchen ware, and utensils.
• Assist in closing of the restaurant including sweeping, mopping, cleaning bathrooms, and taking out trash.
• Put away stock including cases of beer and food.
• Assist cooks prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, slicing meat, or preparing sauces).
• Answer, report and follow kitchen, and general manager instructions.
• Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion.
• Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards.
• Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers.
• Lift up to 50lbs.
• Follow opening and closing procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
