As a Bagel Enthusiast, we want you to LOVE bagels! Let your passion shine. As a bagel and food lover it will be your responsibility to engage with every customer in a friendly and energetic manner. You’ll be required to provide fast and efficient service while keeping your area and our little shop clean. We want our customers to feel your passion for serving awesome bagels while also maintaining clear communication with your fellow Enthusiasts and Store Leads.
Description
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience using a register (POS) system preferred.
- Food Handler Certification required.
- Maintaining regular and consistent attendance and punctuality is a must.
- Available to work flexible hours, including weekends. Store hours are 7am-3pm.
Summary of Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities and essential job functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Act with integrity.
- Greet all customers in a friendly and energetic manner.
- Assists in maintaining a clean workplace.
- Prepare customers' orders quickly and accurately.
- Practice good personal hygiene and food safety practices.
- Clear communication with fellow Enthusiasts and Store Leads.
- Maintain a professional and presentable appearance by following company uniform guidelines.
- Leave each customer with a long-lasting and positive impression of their Pop's experience.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to learn quickly.
- Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions.
- Ability to learn and memorize product builds.
- Ability to build relationships and work as part of a team.
- Cashier and restaurant experience is a plus!
Salary
$15.5 - $17 per hour
