Role Summary

The Production Associate plays a key role in the day-to-day creation and preparation of finished goods. This position supports efficient production workflows, ensures product quality standards are met, and helps maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced setting, is detail-oriented, and takes pride in contributing to a high-quality product.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet daily production quotas while maintaining accuracy and quality standards
• Follow detailed processes and systems for producing and preparing products
• Assist with receiving and unloading incoming shipments
• Support warehouse organization, cleanliness, and overall operational efficiency
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth production flow

Qualifications & Requirements

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures
• Willingness to learn new systems and production processes
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
