The Maintenance Technician operates within Pollard Properties’ Centralized Operations Model, supporting a geographically dispersed workforce-housing portfolio (scattered-site single-family, multifamily, stabilized communities, value-add assets, and new construction/lease-up). This role executes maintenance service requests, contributes to efficient turn/make-ready operations, and supports standardized preventive maintenance programs across the portfolio. Technicians are deployed dynamically based on priority, workload, and geographic efficiency, ensuring consistent service delivery, cost control, and resident satisfaction.

Role Summary
The Maintenance Technician operates within Pollard Properties’ Centralized Operations Model, supporting a geographically dispersed workforce-housing portfolio (scattered-site single-family, multifamily, stabilized communities, value-add assets, and new construction/lease-up).
This role executes maintenance service requests, contributes to efficient turn/make-ready operations, and supports standardized preventive maintenance programs across the portfolio. Technicians are deployed dynamically based on priority, workload, and geographic efficiency, ensuring consistent service delivery, cost control, and resident satisfaction.
This position plays a key role in delivering resident-first service, operational consistency, and scalable maintenance performance aligned with company Mission and Core Values.

Primary Responsibilities
Work Order Execution
● Complete assigned service requests across multiple properties with quality workmanship and professionalism.
● Prioritize and route work orders based on centralized scheduling and urgency.
● Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general building systems (training provided).
