About The Role 

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse & Logistics team member to join us. This role is essential to maintaining the efficiency and accuracy of our receiving and inventory processes. The position requires a proactive, independent worker who can prioritize tasks, follow established procedures closely, and solve problems through collaboration, creativity, and logic. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse. 
• Properly arrange stock and ensure inventory is accurately labeled, stored, and documented. Correct and report discrepancies as needed. 
• Perform regular cycle counts and support inventory audits. 
• Receive and track incoming shipments and inventory movement in our warehouse management system. 
• Operate a forklift. 
• Proactively manage and prioritize daily tasks with minimal supervision. 
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency. 
• Pull gear from stock and ensure all items are properly checked out and staged. 
• Stage work vehicles and assist with their basic maintenance. 
• Prepare and send purchase orders 
• Contact vendors to track and confirm ETAs on materials and equipment for installation teams. 
• Detail oriented, self-motivated, passionate, and open to help wherever needed. 

Qualifications and attributes 

• 2+ years previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or similar environment preferred. 
• Excellent time-management and organizational abilities. 
• Adept at learning and troubleshooting new digital systems. 
• Ability to work independently, proactively finding what needs to be done. 
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy 

Physical Requirements 

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds frequently. 
• Ability to stand, crouch, and climb stairs.
