About the Role
We’re seeking a Product Engineer who will serve as the technical bridge between hardware, firmware, product, and manufacturing.
This role sits at the heart of our charger development lifecycle — ensuring our high-power DC chargers meet performance, safety, certification, and customer-experience expectations.
You’ll collaborate daily with Firmware Engineers, Electrical Engineers, Korean R&D teams, and U.S. deployment partners.

Responsibilities
• Support the full lifecycle of 180 kW / 600 kW DC fast chargers, from design to validation and deployment
• Collaborate with firmware and Korean engineering teams on product updates, issue resolution, and roadmap alignment
• Lead testing, certification prep, and performance validation for new and existing hardware
• Manage ECRs, product documentation, and manufacturability with supply chain and production partners
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering (or related), with 2–6 years of relevant experience
• Strong understanding of DC power systems, high-power electronics, and protocols such as CAN, Modbus, OCPP or other industrial/EV standards
• Hands-on troubleshooting using test equipment (oscilloscope, multimeter, power analyzer)
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Preferred
• Experience in EV charging, energy systems, power modules
• Prior involvement in certification processes (UL, CCS)
• Experience with field deployments or customer pilots
• Korean/English bilingual ability preferred (not required)
