As a Project Manager at PM2, you will lead construction projects for luxury and bespoke commercial clients, overseeing all phases from planning to completion. You will direct project teams, including PM2 Assistant Project Managers, to collaborate with project stakeholders ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and executed flawlessly to meet our high standards of quality and efficiency.



  • Serve as the primary liaison between PM2 and clients. You will lead all client interactions, ensuring clear communication and fostering strong relationships to maintain high levels of service delivery and client satisfaction. Manage expectations and provide consistent updates to keep all parties informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle and assuring project scope alignment. 
  • Lead with the project team to create, update, and oversee project schedules, budgets, and progress reports. Ensure comprehensive documentation and accurate tracking of all project management activities, including operational details, scheduling, and financial expenditures, to facilitate effective management and transparency throughout the project lifecycle. 
  • Facilitate effective communication and coordination among all project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and regulatory agencies. Assist in coordinating and managing subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. 
  • Conduct regular site visits, up to multiple times a week, and inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance, and ensure documentation is updated. 
  • Direct and mentor a team, including PM2 Assistant Project Managers, and other project team staff. Ensure optimal team performance and professional growth by providing ongoing leadership and support. 
  • Guide and advise PM2 principals on the strategic allocation of resources and coordination of efforts among internal teams, contractors, and consultants. This guidance ensures that project strategy across clients is executed smoothly and effectively, optimizing both time and budget. 
  • Ensure all projects comply with relevant laws, codes, and regulatory requirements. Stay updated with the latest industry regulations and standards. 


  • 5+ years of experience in construction project management, demonstrating a track record of successful project delivery. Knowledge of construction and architectural principles, practices, and techniques, with a commitment to delivering high-quality results is required. 
  • While a bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field is preferred, we highly value practical experience. Candidates with significant work experience in these fields are encouraged to apply, as hands-on experience may serve as a substitute for formal education. 
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, with strong mentoring and coaching skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex project challenges and make decisions under pressure. 
  • A history of strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.  
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, capable of maintaining strong client relationships and managing diverse teams. 
  • Proficiency in construction management software and tools, including Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project, is highly valued. Additionally, familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite is preferred, as these skills are essential for effective project management and documentation. 
  • PMI Construction Professional (PMI-CP)℠ or the Certified Construction Manager (CCM) certification preferred but not required.
