We are seeking a full-time Tenant Coordinator to join the multi-billion-dollar redevelopment project at JFK Airport. In this role, you will assist with project and property management, overseeing the delivery of retail and food & beverage spaces to a diverse group of tenants. Representing PM2 and our client, you’ll work directly with tenant brands throughout the JFK Terminal 1 Redevelopment Program.
This role is pivotal in executing tenant concessions design/build projects while ensuring seamless integration with terminal operations. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of tenant-landlord interactions, property management processes, and construction project management within an airport setting. Working closely with a dedicated team, you’ll guide all aspects of tenant projects, coordinate with JFK Airport teams and systems, and manage third-party consultants through project development and operational handover.
Experience at JFK or other airports is highly desired but not required.
