Overview of Field Service Dispatcher Role

The Field Service Dispatcher reports to the Repairs Manager and supports our customer

service department. This person assigns field service technicians to repair customers’ plunges, ensuring all jobs are done well, with a high level of integrity, from start to finish. Making sure customers get their cold plunges up and running as quickly as possible adds incredible value to our team.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure Plunge malfunctions are resolved quickly & efficiently

Determine which jobs require a field service technician

Assign contractors to jobs based on location

Able to learn level 1 troubleshooting of the Plunge

Communicate with technicians throughout the repair process, helping as needed

Make sure all dispatched service techs operate with integrity while they are in customers’

homes and businesses, and that they update job status details properly

Foster relationships with our network of field service repair technicians

Export data to assist Repairs Department with reporting

Mon. - Fri. 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM. In office, full-time, in Lincoln, CA.
