Customer Service Manager Overview

The Customer Service Manager will specialize in helping customers with their saunas, and growing a support team for this new product! This person will have all qualifications for CS manager & a technical mind for understanding how saunas work. Our ideal candidate embraces the lifestyle of a health & wellness enthusiast! This person will take our customer service department to the next level by launching all sauna related support content. You will be backed by an incredible team, full of passionate start-up energy! Our goal is to offer the #1 customer service experience in the whole world of eCommerce.


Key Responsibilities

This manager is responsible for supporting customers with their sauna inquiries.

-answer incoming inquiries, start to finish troubleshooting for the sauna

-create content for sauna troubleshooting

-create guides for training material

-hire and train sauna troubleshooters as you grow the department

-resource building, manuals, how to videos, make sure data is current

-post purchase flows

-seek out & implement workflow solutions

-manage the software behind the scenes

-deliver excellent experiences in all customer interactions

-own the customer service ratings


Our Ideal Candidate

Your professional background in customer service management serves as a foundation for success in leading the growth and expansion of this team & department. Your data reporting skills will help us evaluate, forecast, and maximize our success rates to grow our business. You are savvy at learning new tech solutions and you are a master in all of the Google Suite software. You have deep experience with a CRM, ideally Salesforce. You have outstanding verbal and written communication skills for generating problem solving literature. You are courageously direct and well-versed in deescalating intense situations while maintaining kindness, understanding, and generosity. You own it when you make a mistake. You are excited to learn the ins and outs of how our sauna works so that you can effectively lead a team of troubleshooters. You have a curious, investigative nature, and know what questions to ask to get to the root of a problem. You strive to maximize efficiency by filling gaps and communicating changes.

5+ years in customer service management


Compensation

$75,000 - $90,000 annual salary


Schedule

Mon. - Fri. 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM. In office, full-time, in Lincoln, CA. One day per week remote work available after three months of employment.
