Are you a skilled plumber with leadership experience looking to take the next step in your career? Plumbologist, LLC is seeking a Plumbing Forman to join our team in Tucson, AZ. As a Plumbing Forman, you will oversee a team of plumbers, coordinate job assignments, and ensure projects are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

**Responsibilities:**

- Supervise and mentor a team of about 4-5 , providing guidance and support as needed

- New construction and everything in between

- Blueprint reading and decision making

- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the course of a project

- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each job

- Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and other team members

-Material ordering and staging

-Plumbing layout and installation(soldering,brazing, plastic bonding)

-Great at receiving and giving directions

**Requirements:**

- 5+ years of experience in the plumbing industry

- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role

- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and practices

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

-Lift 50 pounds

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

-Must be willing to travel

- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test

**Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000 per year with bonuses**
