PLT Golf is expanding our national sales network and seeking experienced independent representatives in key U.S. regions with a focus on territories outside of Washington state. We partner with private clubs, pro shops, resorts, and corporate accounts to deliver premium golf and leisure apparel built for performance, polish, and purpose. Every purchase gives back. Our model is centered on long-term relationships, disciplined distribution, and repeat business. This Role Is a Strong Fit If You:

  • Currently sell into the golf, club, or premium apparel market
  • Maintain active relationships with head professionals, buyers, and club leadership
  • Take pride in building long-term account partnerships, not transactional sales

What You’ll Do

  • Own and grow sales within your assigned territory
  • Build consistent reorder business through disciplined account coverage
  • Develop strong partnerships with private clubs, resorts, pro shops, and corporate buyers
  • Open new accounts aligned with PLT Golf’s premium positioning and give-back mission
  • Present collections, pricing, and brand story clearly and professionally
  • Support accounts with assortment planning, in-store visits, and events
  • Represent PLT Golf at regional trade shows and industry events, including the PGA Show
  • Provide structured market feedback on product performance and competitive activity
  • Collaborate closely with our headquarters team in Tacoma, Washington

Success in this role is measured by repeat business, account longevity, and territory growth.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in golf, retail, or sales
  • Established relationships with golf buyers within your territory
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational discipline
  • Self-motivation and a territory ownership mindset
  • Ability to operate independently while collaborating effectively
