What You’ll Do
- Own and grow sales within your assigned territory
- Build consistent reorder business through disciplined account coverage
- Develop strong partnerships with private clubs, resorts, pro shops, and corporate buyers
- Open new accounts aligned with PLT Golf’s premium positioning and give-back mission
- Present collections, pricing, and brand story clearly and professionally
- Support accounts with assortment planning, in-store visits, and events
- Represent PLT Golf at regional trade shows and industry events, including the PGA Show
- Provide structured market feedback on product performance and competitive activity
- Collaborate closely with our headquarters team in Tacoma, Washington
Success in this role is measured by repeat business, account longevity, and territory growth.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in golf, retail, or sales
- Established relationships with golf buyers within your territory
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong organizational discipline
- Self-motivation and a territory ownership mindset
- Ability to operate independently while collaborating effectively
