This is a core operations role that keeps PLT Golf running day to day. You will work with the team on order processing, customer service, wholesale account support, and sales prep - working across Shopify, ShipStation, and Monday.com with a small, fast-moving team. Looking for a team member that is organized, self-directed, and ready to own real work from day one.

Description

This is a core operations role that keeps PLTgolf running day to day. You will be part of the operational backbone of the business including order management, customer service, account admin, and sales support, working directly with our Sales & Operations team. If you're organized, responsive, and like having ownership over real work, this is your spot. What You'll Do:


Operations

• Manage day-to-day order processing, branding and fulfillment coordination via Shopify, ShipStation, Monday.com and multiple vendor systems

• Maintain and update project tracking, pipelines, and account records in Monday.com

• Coordinate with vendors, shipping partners, and contractors as needed

• Assist with trade show, pop-up, and event logistics and prep

• Receive, stock and organize inventory


Customer Service & Account Support

• Handle inbound customer service inquiries across email, DMs, and the website

• Manage order status communications and resolve fulfillment issues promptly

• Support wholesale and corporate account administration including order confirmations, tracking, and follow-ups

• Serve as a reliable point of contact for existing accounts alongside our sales and operations team


Sales Support

• Help prepare and format sales proposals and corporate gifting packages

• Process and track inbound sales inquiries and route them appropriately

• Assist with follow-up communications on open proposals and pending orders

• Keep CRM and pipeline data clean and current in Monday.com


You're a Fit If You

• Are highly organized and can manage competing priorities

• Are a clear, professional communicator

• Are comfortable owning tools like Shopify, ShipStation, and Monday.com or can learn them fast

• Have an interest in golf, apparel, or early-stage brand building


Nice to Have

• Prior experience in e-commerce operations, customer service, or wholesale account support

• Familiarity with Shopify order management

• Experience working in a retail environment


Salary

$18 - $20 per hour
