Role Summary & Responsibilities:

The Office Manager is essential in creating the vibe for the office and supporting the local team with their office goals. This position comes with a lot of autonomy so we’re looking for someone self-motivated who will really take initiative to make sure the office runs smoothly. Due to the nature of the role, it is an in-office-only position with no work-from-home hours. 

The schedule is M-F 9am-3pm (30 hours a week).

Job Tasks:

  • Greeting clients, answering their questions, and setting a positive office atmosphere.
  • Working from the front desk. 
  • Maintaining security and telecommunications system. 
  • Managing the front desk’s incoming calls and deliveries.
  • Maintaining the front lobby- music, lights, and cleanliness.
  • Maintaining the conference rooms and break rooms.
  • Keeping the kitchen stocked and organized.
  • Assisting with lunch orders.
  • Receiving, sorting, and forwarding incoming mail.
  • Coordinating the pick-up and delivery of express mail services (FedEx, UPS, etc.).
  • Assisting in ordering, receiving, stocking, and distributing office supplies.
  • Assisting with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing, and collating.
  • Scheduling vendors and misc appointments.
  • Keeping closets and cabinets organized.
  • Special projects for other employees as needed. 


  • High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent
  • 2-5 years experience in office administration, personal assisting, or similar 
  • Valid US Drivers License
