We pride ourselves on connecting fans with the artists they love. To continue doing that, we're looking for excellent people to join our team as Account Management for our Brand Partnership team. Responsibilities: Account Management

  • Stay current on pop culture trends, events, artist activities, and marketing strategies.
  • Support brand and artist/event research and evaluation
  • Support on drafting proposals and other program documents.
  • Provide organized and detailed weekly communications with progress reports and action items.
  • Track deliverables, responsible parties, deadlines, and approvals for multiple entities
  • Meet and exceed artist and brand client expectations. 
  • Create, maintain and distribute contact sheets and flow of communication guidelines
  • Create and maintain a digital and social media calendar for sponsor messaging and response tracking
  • Track brand and artist approvals
  • Coordinate all artist participating activities - photo shoots, video shoots, etc.
  • Work with tour managers, promoters, and venues to advance sponsor needs.


  • Organized, outgoing, and accountable
  • Provide exceptional service to high-level brand and artist clients.
  • Working knowledge of both marketing and the music industry.
  • Proficient in Google Suite, Slack, etc.
  • This role requires night/weekend availability and travel.
  • Be generally enthusiastic about and familiar with what our clients are doing
  • Flexible with scheduling (extended or changed hours for specific pre-sales are mandatory). Night and weekend travel are required from time to time.
