Key Responsibilities


  • Networking and Relationship Building:
  • Schedule and coordinate networking meetings for yourself and other team members to foster valuable business relationships
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to represent the company and build long-term B2B connections
  • Client Care and Outreach:
  • Ensure successful client care through consistent and proactive outreach during all stages of our services
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and professionally
  • Act as a point of contact for clients, providing information and support to enhance their experience with our firms
  • Google Business Profile Management:
  • Manage multiple Google Business Profiles, ensuring they are up-to-date and accurately represent our brand
  • Gather and respond to client reviews, maintaining a positive reputation and addressing any concerns professionally
  • Monitor and analyze profile performance, implementing strategies to enhance visibility and engagement
  • Event Management:
  • Establish, manage, and report on in-person events to promote our brand and engage with clients and partners
  • Coordinate logistics, marketing, and execution of events, ensuring they align with our brand image and objectives
  • Track and report on event outcomes, providing insights and recommendations for future events

Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred
  • Proven experience in client relations, brand representation, or a similar role
  • Familiarity with digital marketing and online reputation management
  • Experience in planning and managing in-person events
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to travel for networking events and client meetings as needed

Salary

$55,000 - $75,000 per year
