The Role

As a Guest Service Expert, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, setting the tone for their experience at Platinum Inc Salon & Spa. Your primary responsibility is to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every guest feels welcomed and appreciated. You will work closely with our team to enhance the overall client experience and maintain a positive atmosphere in the salon.

What You'll Do

- Greet clients warmly and assist them with check-in and appointment confirmation.

- Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

- Provide information about services, products, and promotions to enhance client engagement.

- Collaborate with stylists and other team members to ensure seamless service delivery.

- Maintain a clean and organized reception area to create a welcoming environment.

- Schedule appointments and manage the booking system efficiently.

- Follow up with clients post-appointment to gather feedback and encourage repeat visits.

What We're Looking For

- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a salon or spa environment.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.

- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a busy environment.

- A friendly and positive attitude that contributes to a welcoming atmosphere.

Nice to Have

- Experience with salon booking software or scheduling systems.
