Platinum Fundraising is expanding our inside sales team and we’re looking for motivated, passionate professionals who want more than just a paycheck. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Conduct outbound calls to schools and non-profits to identify fundraising opportunities
• Deliver consultative presentations to help organizations understand how we can support their goals
• Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the fundraising process with ongoing coaching and encouragement
• Guide and support clients through the fundraising process with positivity and encouragement
• Collaborate with leadership and teammates to drive business development and long-term partnerships
• Manage sales activity using Vanilla Soft or similar CRM software
• Bring energy, passion, and a great attitude—every single day

Requirements:

• 1+ years prior sales experience preferably phone sales and cold calling
• Bachelors degree required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong phone presence and a confident, persuasive personality.
• Ability to type a minimum of 35 WPM
• A team-first attitude, coachable mindset, and hunger for success
• A genuine desire to help others and make a difference.
